Welcome to the 8th Annual WEforum Fit Crawl hosted in partnership with Monmouth Medical Center/RWJ Barnabas Health!.

Why do a Pub Crawl when you can do a Fit Crawl? With your donation get ready for an inspiring day of health and wellness sampling up to three classes at your choice of studios.  We’ve added new classes this year and have also expanded our scope to include a broader focus on wellness.  Make sure you check out the new studios and save a slot for meditation, hypnotherapy, Cryo, or Stretch.  Classes are limited so sign up and get ready for a fun, healthy afternoon for a good cause!

POST CRAWL HAPPY HOUR
4:00 to 6:00pm
Triumph Brewery
1 Bridge Avenue, Red Bank

Registration is simple!  Here are few helpful suggestions when registering for the fit crawl.
1. Buy your ticket through Eventbrite. You will then receive an email that will allow you to schedule your classes. If you are buying multiple tickets, please make sure you add a valid email address for each participant/ticket and include that information in your Eventbrite order. Please note there will not be any refunds.

2. This year’s ticket is $50.   For participants under 18 years of age, The Atlantic Club and POE are 18+. Pilates Blast is 16+,  the cycle classes have height restrictions (4’11").  Please check the age requirements in the Class Description. You also will need a parent present to sign waivers at each studio.

3. Select up to 3 classes from our participating studios.  We’ve grouped together by type of fitness this year and you should be able to get from any class to the next with the time allowed.  Classes are color-coded to help (hopefully!).

Any questions or issues, please reach out to us by email at weforumfitcrawl@gmail.com

Clementine Cycling
Owner, Instructor
Fair Haven
Effie is owner of Clementine Cycling Studio and a WEforum Wellness Ambassador. She has been a Spinning fanatic, pretty much, since Spinning hit the fitness scene decades ago. Through Clementine, she has created a local destination that is a single focused studio dedicated to indoor cycling (a.k.a Spinning). It’s a place with incredibly motivating, high energy, fun instructors who get riders in the zone and burning crazy calories with each class.

There are 2 types of classes at Clementine: Ride and Power Ride, which are all cycling, and Ride&Sculpt and Rhythm Ride which incorporate weights and resistance bands into the ride. While the workout is intense, the vibe of the studio is a friendly, relaxed place, no judgements, no drama. #ridetribe. “It’s your time. It’s your Ride. Make it count.”

Why the name, you ask? Inspired by Effie’s two boys, Dylan and Ryan, sitting at the counter eating clementines. “THAT'S IT! When I think of the word ‘clementine’, what comes to mind is energetic, fun, fresh (and, I just love the color!)...for me, the name just clicked.”

Effie is a Mad Dogg Spinning certified instructor and CPR-AED certified.
