Welcome to the 8th Annual WEforum Fit Crawl hosted in partnership with Monmouth Medical Center/RWJ Barnabas Health!.

Why do a Pub Crawl when you can do a Fit Crawl? With your donation get ready for an inspiring day of health and wellness sampling up to three classes at your choice of studios.  We’ve added new classes this year and have also expanded our scope to include a broader focus on wellness.  Make sure you check out the new studios and save a slot for meditation, hypnotherapy, Cryo, or Stretch.  Classes are limited so sign up and get ready for a fun, healthy afternoon for a good cause!

POST CRAWL HAPPY HOUR
4:00 to 6:00pm
Triumph Brewery
1 Bridge Avenue, Red Bank

Registration is simple!  Here are few helpful suggestions when registering for the fit crawl.
1. Buy your ticket through Eventbrite. You will then receive an email that will allow you to schedule your classes. If you are buying multiple tickets, please make sure you add a valid email address for each participant/ticket and include that information in your Eventbrite order. Please note there will not be any refunds.

2. This year’s ticket is $50.   For participants under 18 years of age, The Atlantic Club and POE are 18+. Pilates Blast is 16+,  the cycle classes have height restrictions (4’11").  Please check the age requirements in the Class Description. You also will need a parent present to sign waivers at each studio.

3. Select up to 3 classes from our participating studios.  We’ve grouped together by type of fitness this year and you should be able to get from any class to the next with the time allowed.  Classes are color-coded to help (hopefully!).

Any questions or issues, please reach out to us by email at weforumfitcrawl@gmail.com

Megan Callus is the owner of Boundless Breath NJ.  Megan spent the last decade studying Applied Neuroanatomy and Breathwork and found the most powerful way of changing and healing the body was simply adjusting the way we breathe.  She specializes in respiratory training (aka breathwork) to teach clients how to use their breath to reduce stress and heal their bodies.  She focuses on neurology, biochemistry, biomechanics and psychosocial elements of breathing, teaching and utilizing practices that have been scientifically studied and verified in terms of benefits to health.  In her practice, she employs different breathing techniques as well as movements that activate specific brain areas to reduce symptoms associated with health issues such as GERD, Long Covid, respiratory dysfunction (such as asthma and sleep apnea), lack of endurance, stress, anxiety, trauma and pain relief.

She teaches clients how to reduce stress, heal their bodies and build more stress tolerance using a variety of breathing techniques.  Her goal is simple; help everyone discover the power and magic of their own breath!
